  1. Product Shipments

Eftehnon can serve customers from all over Greece, Cyprus and some Europe and Third Countries (Belgium, Denmark, Switzerland, Ireland, Israel, Norway, Netherlands, Hungary, Serbia and Slovenia*.

Shipments within Greece are made by ELTA Courier, Red Courier in Athens and Box now.

Outside of Greece: Your order is sent by ELTA as a registered shipment.

Your orders are usually shipped:
– within 1 – 3 working days if the product is immediately available
– within 15 working days if the product needs to be manufactured.

Minor delays may occur during sales and festive periods due to workload, as well as during extraordinary circumstances e.g. pandemics, earthquakes, etc.).

In the event that your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to let us know if you wish to complete it.

EXPLANATIONS:

* In the case of shipping to Third Countries (countries outside the European Union), the customer is responsible for paying any taxes and duties that will be imposed by the Customs or tax authorities of his country. Eftehnon does not know if you will be charged and with what amount, and the customs policy differs significantly from country to country. You can, before placing your order, contact a customs office in your country and be informed about it.

  1. Special Orders

In the event that a customer requests a special order in accessories or jewelry, ring, necklaces or bracelets size adjustment and in some cases in kompolois, which do not exist as products in our online store and or must be designed or even manufactured from scratch, a minimum 50% deposit is required of the total cost and payment before their shipment. In case of cancellation of the order, before its shipment, for any reason, the deposit is not returned. In general, in the case of a Special Order, there is no right of withdrawal, return or change.

  1. Non-Receipt of Order Package

In the event that you have paid for your order, we send it to you and you do not wish to receive it, when it is returned to us, we will refund you the value of the item after deducting the costs of shipping, packaging and the cost of transferring money if any and possible customs clearance costs in case of return from a country outside the European Union.

 Incorrect shipping address

In the event that your order has been paid for, we ship it to you and you have given us an incorrect shipping address: when the item is returned to us, we will refund the value of the item after deducting shipping, packaging and handling costs in the event that exists.

 Product Return Policy (Cancellation / Withdrawal / Order Return)

 Order cancellation:

If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can call us at +302103802067, store hours and one of our associates will handle the cancellation of your order. This possibility is provided to you until the moment we inform you about the dispatch of your order via e-mail.

 Defective product

If the product received by the buyer is defective, he can return it to us and we will send him a new product without any financial charge. As long as it is not defective but the buyer deems it so, we will refund the value of the item after deducting the costs of shipping, packaging and the cost of transferring the money if any.

 Return of non-defective products / Withdrawal

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your declaration of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the 14-day period from the receipt of your order. After we receive the withdrawal form we will inform you about it in your email. You can then proceed to return the product.

For orders for which an invoice has been issued, based on law, there is no possibility of return on the grounds of withdrawal. The above results from the 1st paragraph 1 of Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs up to the amount of €2, which corresponds to the cheapest standard delivery method we offer (via BoxNow). Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different or more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

If the product was originally shipped with a free-shipping offer, the company reserves the right to deduct from the refund amount the shipping costs it covered for the initial dispatch.

The refund will be made without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days from the day we receive the returned goods and verify that they meet the return conditions.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

The cost of returning the product to us is borne by you. You may use any courier company of your choice. If you choose to use ELTA Courier, you may send the parcel using our account number (318468). In that case, you will be charged the corresponding return cost as listed in the “Shipping Methods” section, and this amount will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are made by bank transfer to an account you indicate. No cash refunds are made at our physical store.

All accompanying documents and packaging must be returned together with the product in their original condition, along with the purchase receipt and the certificate of authenticity. Products must be complete, unused, and in their original packaging. If the product was accompanied by a gift, it must also be returned.

If you are returning more than one item from the same order, all items must be sent together. Eftechnon does not accept multiple partial returns from the same order at different times.

If any of the above conditions are not met, or if the product does not meet the return requirements, the company reserves the right not to accept the withdrawal and to return the product to the sender at their own expense.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the Eftehnon Withdrawal Form.
The form may be completed and sent electronically to info@eftehnon.com, or printed and included in the return package. Using the form is not mandatory, provided you inform us clearly in writing of your decision to withdraw within the legal timeframe.

The customer also has the right to request a replacement in the following cases:
a) if an incorrect product was sent by our company, or
b) if the product was received damaged due to poor packaging.
In these cases, our company bears the cost of replacement and reshipping. The customer must return the products within 14 days, accompanied by the corresponding sales document, intact, unused, and in their original packaging. No return will be accepted without prior communication.

2) In the case of an order from a country outside the European Union, Eftehnon ONLY accepts the cancellation of the order BEFORE it is shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, returns are NOT ACCEPTED.

 Product Prices

All prices presented in our catalogues include VAT at 24% (jewellery and komboloi/worry beads). Prices refer to the quantities available in our stock and apply as displayed at the time the order is placed.

As jewellery and, in general, products that contain precious metals are affected by fluctuations in international market prices (e.g., silver, gold), as well as by changes in the cost of raw materials, Eftehnon reserves the right to adjust prices whenever necessary. Such adjustments may be made both upwards and downwards, depending on the prevailing cost of materials. In periods of significant market changes, there may be a price difference between earlier and later batches of the same design/product.

For transactions made in instalments via credit card, the amount of each monthly instalment is calculated by dividing the product price by the number of instalments you select, with no additional interest.

In contracts where the supplier ships the goods to the consumer, the risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the consumer when he or a third party designated by the consumer and other than the carrier has acquired physical possession of the goods.
