Please note that the right of withdrawal applies to retail orders within the EU and does not apply to business purchases (invoices) or orders shipped outside the EU. For the return to be accepted, the products must be unused and in their complete original packaging. Please ensure you include the purchase receipt, the certificate of authenticity, and any accompanying gifts inside the parcel. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer; alternatively, you can drop off the items directly at our physical store. Once you submit the form, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions on how to send the package back to us.
