This handmade collectible komboloi crafted from old Egyptian sudurus beads is a rare piece with strong historical presence and distinctive character. Sudurus beads are associated with early production methods used from the late 19th to the mid-20th century and are highly regarded by collectors for their depth of colour, satisfying weight, durability, and characteristic sound. Their appearance and feel reflect an era when materials were selected for substance and longevity rather than uniformity.

The komboloi consists of 25 sudurus beads plus one imam bead, with bead dimensions of approximately 13 × 12.2 mm. Its total length of 40 cm and weight of 62.5 grams provide a solid and confident presence.
